These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and 62ph ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 62ph website located at 62ph.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 62ph website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unambiguously accept these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 62ph platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the 62ph platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a firm PAGCOR regulatory requirement for online gaming in the Philippines. 62ph enforces strict age verification through the KYC process and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You represent and warrant that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restrictions that would prohibit or limit your participation in gambling activities.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through 62ph's responsible gaming tools or by order of any regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): 62ph complies with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements under Philippine law. Persons who qualify as politically exposed persons may be subject to enhanced due diligence before account activation.

To access the full range of 62ph Services, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your information promptly if it changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements. In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR licensing requirements, all 62ph accounts are subject to KYC verification. You will be required to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, Passport, or Driver's License);
• A selfie or live photo for biometric comparison purposes;
• Proof of address where required by 62ph's compliance team;
• Source of funds documentation for accounts with high transaction volumes, as determined by 62ph's AML policies.

Withdrawals are not permitted until KYC verification is completed and approved. 62ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified, or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to notify 62ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 62ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

All financial transactions on the 62ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) through approved payment channels. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is derived from lawful sources and that you are not engaging in any activity intended to circumvent AML requirements.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100 (may vary by payment method);
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly with no fee charged by 62ph;
• Bank transfers via InstaPay (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) typically credit within 10 minutes;
• 62ph reserves the right to reject any deposit that triggers AML screening alerts.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200;
• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts registered in the member's own name;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of request approval;
• 62ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

All bets placed on 62ph are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable game rules and accept the outcome as final, subject to any manifest error provisions below.

General Betting Conditions:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation notification from the platform. Bets placed during system errors or connection failures may be void.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Each game and market has specified minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. 62ph reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Manifest errors: 62ph reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds, on incorrect markets, or resulting from a technical error, software malfunction, or human error. You will be notified of any voided bets and your stake will be returned.
• Final settlement: All game outcomes are final upon settlement. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction date. 62ph's decision on disputes is final and binding, subject to formal complaint escalation procedures.
• Responsible play: 62ph does not guarantee that you will win. All gambling involves risk of financial loss. You are responsible for monitoring your own wagering activity and using 62ph's responsible gaming tools where appropriate.

62ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to members. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's offer page:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games are specified per promotion;
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus balance and associated winnings expire at the end of the stated validity period;
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• 62ph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice;
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through multi-accounting, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering solely to extract bonus funds — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 62ph platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and their funds reviewed:

• Money laundering: Using the 62ph platform to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate illicit proceeds, is a criminal offense under Philippine law (Republic Act 9160) and will be reported to the AMLC.
• Fraudulent activity: Chargebacks, unauthorized use of third-party payment methods, identity fraud, and submission of falsified KYC documents are all grounds for permanent closure and law enforcement referral.
• Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in a game — including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated live dealer betting — is prohibited and voids all affected bets.
• Use of automated software: Bots, scripts, AI agents, screen scrapers, or any automated tool that interacts with the 62ph platform on your behalf without explicit written authorization from 62ph are prohibited.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Account sharing: Sharing your 62ph login credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to operate your account, is prohibited.

All content on the 62ph platform — including but not limited to the 62ph name and logo, website design, game graphics and sounds, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of 62ph or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 62ph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any 62ph content for commercial purposes;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any 62ph software;
• Use the 62ph brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 62ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond 62ph's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events;
• Any decision you make to participate in gambling activities or the outcome of any bet or wager placed on the platform;
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes 62ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

62ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and 62ph's own responsible gaming standards, the following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for 48 hours.
• Session reminders: Members may set time-based notifications to alert them of the duration of their gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Members may exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period (24 hours to permanent) through the Responsible Gaming section of their account. During exclusion, login, deposits, and wagering are disabled.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up prompts during gaming sessions remind players of elapsed time and cumulative bets placed.
• Account cooling-off: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks may be requested at any time through live support.

62ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity in excess of twelve (12) consecutive months (inactive account fees may apply as stated in our FAQ).

Upon closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), 62ph reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation determines funds are legitimately derived and no breach has occurred, the balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so through the account settings menu or by contacting support. Any verified balance will be returned within five (5) business days to the member's verified withdrawal method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 62ph platform, you agree to first raise the matter with 62ph's customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve the issue within five (5) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.

62ph operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Formal regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.

62ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. For material changes, 62ph will provide notice to registered members via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 62ph platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
