62ph takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect from Filipino players, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights under Philippine data protection law.
A plain-language summary of how 62ph handles your personal information — before you get into the full legal text below.
All data transmitted between your device and the 62ph platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL technology. This covers your login credentials, personal details, KYC documents, and all financial transaction data.
Your personal data is stored on secured servers with access control policies. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes — never in plaintext. KYC documents are stored in an isolated, access-restricted environment with audit logging for every access event.
62ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities — as described in full below.
62ph processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your rights as a data subject under Philippine law — including the right to access, correct, and erase your data — are fully recognized.
You can request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), and withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time by contacting 62ph's Data Protection Officer through the support channels listed in this Policy.
62ph does not hold your personal data indefinitely. Retention periods are defined by legal obligations (AML law requires transaction records for 5 years from the date of transaction), responsible gaming requirements, and the purpose for which the data was collected.
62ph ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users who access and use the services available at 62ph.asia. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 62ph collects, processes, stores, uses, shares, and protects personal information provided to us by registered members and visitors located in the Philippines and other jurisdictions.
This Policy is issued in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), insofar as those statutes govern our data processing activities.
By creating a 62ph account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the 62ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the 62ph platform.
This Policy should be read together with the 62ph Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy. All three documents govern your use of the 62ph platform.
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, 62ph acts as the personal information controller in respect of all personal data collected through the 62ph.asia platform. Decisions regarding the purposes and means of processing your personal data are made by 62ph in its capacity as an operator regulated under the PAGCOR framework.
Certain data processing activities — such as payment processing, identity verification, and game delivery — are carried out by third-party personal information processors engaged by 62ph. These processors act under 62ph's documented instructions and are contractually required to maintain data protection standards consistent with this Policy and Philippine law.
Questions about data control, data subject rights requests, and regulatory complaints may be directed to 62ph's designated Data Protection Officer (DPO), whose contact details are listed in Section 14 of this Policy.

You have the right to be informed of how your personal data is being processed. This Privacy Policy fulfills that obligation. If 62ph's processing practices change materially, you will be notified in advance.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 62ph holds about you, including a description of the purposes for which it is processed and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Some corrections — particularly to name or date of birth — may require submission of supporting documentation to comply with KYC requirements.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent, or where processing is unlawful. Note that data subject to legal retention obligations (AML Act, PAGCOR requirements) cannot be erased until the mandatory retention period has elapsed.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, including for direct marketing purposes. Objection to marketing communications can be done instantly by using the unsubscribe link in any 62ph email or by contacting support.
Where technically feasible and legally appropriate, you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider.

62ph will respond to data subject rights requests within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. Where a request requires additional time due to complexity, we will notify you within the initial 15-day window and provide a revised timeline not exceeding thirty (30) days total.
62ph has implemented organizational, technical, and physical security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data it processes. These include, but are not limited to:
Despite these measures, no system is entirely immune to security incidents. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to affected data subjects, 62ph will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected individuals within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.
The 62ph platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements for online gaming in the Philippines. 62ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
Age verification is conducted during the KYC process using government-issued identification. Where 62ph becomes aware that a registered account was created by or is being used by a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all related data will be reviewed, and any funds will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory guidance.
If you are under 21 years old, you must not register for or use the 62ph platform. If you believe a minor has created a 62ph account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Some of the third-party service providers engaged by 62ph — including certain game software providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and KYC platform operators — may process personal data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where such cross-border transfers occur, 62ph ensures that:

Your continued use of the 62ph platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically. Archived versions of this Policy are available from the 62ph Data Protection Officer upon request.
For all privacy-related inquiries, data subject rights requests, or concerns about how 62ph processes your personal information, please contact our designated Data Protection Officer:
If you are not satisfied with 62ph's response to your data privacy concern, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines, which has authority over personal information controllers operating within the country.
